Zip-compressed folder containing two versions of the ERRA script. ERRA_v1.0.R uses Rcpp to speed up several key calculations, but requires a C++ compiler. ERRA_v1.0_no_Rcpp.R is a bit slower but does not require a C++ compiler or Rcpp. Public use of these scripts is permitted under GNU General Public License 3 (GPL3); for details see https://www.gnu.org/licenses/
