Monitoring of agglomeration transport and urban development projects (MOCA)

With this publication, the ARE provides agglomerations with the latest available values of the "Monitoring and Control of the Impact of Agglomeration Programmes" indicators (MOCA indicators). When preparing agglomeration programmes, the sponsoring authorities must define target values for the various indicators. These supplement the picture of the future for the consideration of the 5th generation agglomeration programmes and the associated strategies.
