Basic Metadata of the Virtual Manuscript Library of Switzerland

The goal of e-codices is to provide access to medieval and modern manuscripts of Switzerland via a virtual library.

On the e-codices website, complete digital reproductions of the manuscripts are linked to corresponding scholarly descriptions (encoded into XML following TEI-P5). The basic metadata of the manuscripts can be harvested via an OAI interface, based on Dublin Core.
